She currently serves as Executive Director of the agency.  Her extensive business background and acumen have enabled her to actively participate in the broadening of the focus and services of the agency.  Susan received a Bachelors Degree in Business from San Jose State University in 1974 followed by a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Santa Clara in 1983.  Following several years managing technology companies in the Santa Clara Valley, she developed a consulting practice which served that industry and its affiliated banks and investors. AmosAmos Clifford, Program Development. Amos Clifford joined Restorative Resources as its Executive Director in January of 2008 and led the agency until July 2010 through a critical transition period before happily accepting the opportunity to focus exclusively on program development. He says his career started when he was 16 years old, and was sentenced to serve a  year in a juvenile detention center. With help from his probation office and other caring adults he became involved in wilderness education programs, where in five years he rose to the position of program director. He then worked for three years in a 24-bed residential treatments center for adult drug addicts; oversaw the opening of a pre-release halfway house for women parolees; developed a multi-faceted program serving youth and families affected by substance abuse and other problems; and then became a much sought-after consultant helping schools and non-profits develop and fund youth and family service programs. He then founded a company that developed and provided case management software to hundreds of organizations in California and other states. Mr. Clifford has served on many commissions and workgroups at the county and state levels. He has authored many articles and essays and contributed to curriculum development perinatal substance abuse prevention, student assistance programs, and other issues. He was a contributor to the California Framework for Prevention of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Problems, and editor of the California Prevention Network Journal. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Development and a Masters of Arts in Education from the University of San Francisco.
